10 review cycles on the hosted product. One review cycle is one employee reviewed with one questionnaire, including invitations, anonymous responses, and the report. All questionnaires and reports are included and reviewers are free. Review cycles don't expire and reports stay available. Full details.

Pick the Single Round if you run feedback once or twice a year for up to 10 people at a time: you pay €19 per round and nothing in between. Pick a subscription if you review continuously or have more people: €49/month covers up to 50 employees with unlimited review cycles. You can start a subscription later from Settings inside your account.

Blik is open source under the AGPL-3.0 license. Self-hosting has no software license fee. Hosted plans cover managed EU infrastructure, updates, backups, and support.

No catch. It's a flat €49/month for up to 50 employees, all features included. I wanted pricing that doesn't require a spreadsheet to calculate. If you grow past 50 employees, you move to the €199/month tier for up to 200 employees. That's it.

Yes. Questionnaires and questions you add are yours and stay yours. On the hosted service they live in your organization's own account and are never shared with, visible to, or reused for other customers. Nobody on our side reads your questionnaire content either, unless you explicitly ask us to, for example to help with a support request. Self-hosted installs never send anything to us at all. None. €49 is €49. No setup fees, no per-user charges, no feature restrictions, no surprise renewal increases. The only way your bill goes up is if you grow past 50 employees and need the larger plan.

The plan covers up to 50 active employees receiving reviews; team members are not capped. Contact us about the €199/month Enterprise plan for up to 200 employees, or custom pricing for larger teams. In-app plan changes are not available.

Yes, but we don't have an automated migration tool yet. You'd need to export your data from your self-hosted instance and we can help you import it into a hosted account. If this is something you need, reach out and we'll figure it out.

Credit card via Stripe for hosted plans. We handle EUR, USD, and GBP. Invoicing is available for annual contracts on the Enterprise plan.

14-day free trial means you can try before you pay. After that, if you cancel, you're billed for the current month and that's it. No refunds on partial months, but you keep access until the end of your billing period. For the Single Round, unused rounds are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.

Self-hosting lets you use the existing open-source application rather than build your own. Get it running in under 30 minutes with Docker Compose, then allow time for configuration, backups, and ongoing maintenance.
