Four questionnaires are included: Professional Skills, Software Engineering, Manager, and a short general 360. You can also build your own.
Every employee gets a report that compares their self-assessment with peers, managers, and direct reports, and points out strengths and gaps.
Invite as many reviewers as each review needs. Reviewers open a personal link and answer; they don't pay and don't need an account.
We run the servers and send the invitation and reminder emails. You sign in and start.
When the round is done, your reports are still there. Review cycles you haven't used don't expire.
Pay once by card. Your account is created right after payment and you get an invoice from Stripe.

Each review closes when its reviewers are done, or when you close it. The report is ready immediately and stays in your account.

No. Unused review cycles stay on your account until you use them. Deleting a review cycle does not give it back.
Nothing is taken away. Review cycles that are still running finish normally, and every report stays available in your account. To start new review cycles after you have used all 10, buy another round.
Yes. Each purchase adds 10 review cycles to the same account, and you can buy the next round from Settings inside your account. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
No. Reviewers are free and unlimited. They open a personal link, answer the questionnaire, and are done.
Yes. A subscription is started from Settings inside your account, and your unused review cycles stay on the account. Subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial — credit card required; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Yes. Payment is by card through Stripe, and you get an invoice from Stripe for the purchase.
